—-Terms of Use—-

By signing this “Internet Usage Agreement” (Hereby called as “Agreement”), the Tenant agrees to have read , understood and agreed to policy governed by Internet Service Provider (here by called as ISP) under their “Terms of Use”, which is available on ISP’s website. By signing this Agreement, the Tenant agrees that IPs are logged and “One World Housing” and/or its authorized agents and or its employees have no control or know how of the information transmitted or received or used by the Tenant or its guests.

Tenant shall not use, nor shall they permit others to use, the services :

1. For any unlawful, immoral, invasive, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or obscene purposes;
2. so as to interfere with the use of the One World Housing’s network by other Tenants or authorized users;
3. Any illegal upload or download of confidential and/or copyrighted data knowingly or unknowingly.
4. In a manner that is inconsistent or in violation of  state, Federal and any and all other international cyber and copyright laws knowingly or unknowingly.
5. in a manner which, in One World’s opinion, is inconsistent with the generally accepted rules of Internet etiquette and conduct.
6. alter, tamper with, adjust, repair or circumvent any aspect of the Services; or
7. resell, pass-through, sublicense, rent, lease, timeshare or re-brand the Services or otherwise provide the Services to any party not within Tenant’s apartment.
8. to download illegal or copyrighted media from websites or from peer-to-peer networks, including but not limited to torrent.

If Tenant, or a third party through Tenant, violates any of the foregoing prohibitions/conditions, One World Housing may immediately suspend the Services and/or terminate the Services Agreement without further liability or obligation to Tenant. One World Housing reserves the right to refuse providing internet service to tenant. One World Housing do not guarantee a constant internet service or speed due to the nature of network operations and shared broadband bandwidth.

Tenant’s rights to use the Services are non-exclusive, non-transferable and subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

One World Housing is not liable for any costs, expenses, losses, or damages, either general, special, actual, consequential, or incidental, that Tenant may suffer or that some other person or third party may suffer and claim against Tenant  resulting from the following: use, misuse, or service outage; Tenant’s actions or activities, whether legal or illegal; the actions or activities of any other One World Housing customer, whether legal or illegal; or any other goods or services provided by One World Housing or any of its vendors. In no event shall One World Housing be liable for any lawsuit arising from internet policy misuse and violation by the tenant.

One World Housing may change the Terms of Use from time to time. By continuing to use the Service following such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications to the Terms of Use. The use by you of any content or services accessible through the Service may be subject to your acceptance of separate agreements with One World Housing or third parties or ISPs.

By signing this “Internet Usage Agreement”, the Tenant understands that One World Housing LLC and / or its employees or authorized agents, when required and/ or requested by  State or Federal agencies through local or federal authorities or through any third party but per the best knowledge of “One World Housing LLC” and / or its employees and / or its authorized agents  under any and all STATE and FEDERAL Laws of United States of America to release any and all  information about  Tenant which may or may not be private to the Tenant.

 

The Tenant agrees to abide by any and all State, Federal and International Cyber and other all applicable laws.  The Tenant agrees to have read, understood and given his/her full consent to the ISPs “Terms of Use” through this agreement and have read , understood and accepted this Agreement.

—-General Terms of Agreement—-

By signing this “General Terms and Agreement”, the below “Tenant” agrees to have read, understood and agreed to ALL  below mentioned policies/terms/conditions/restrictions .

1. The Tenant agrees to fully abide by State and Federal Laws.
2. Tenant is aware  and acknowledge –If a situation arises where One world Housing LLC or its agents/employees are required by the Law to share information about its tenants including Lesee , One world Housing LLC or its agents/employees will fully cooperate and without hesitation will disclose full information One world Housing LLC or its agents/employees  have with them
3. The Tenant agrees to pay fee on monthly basis to One world Housing LLC for cleaning purposes. Cleaning charges will be shared equally by all tenants residing in the property
4. Tenant agrees to keep the property in clean and good condition.
5. Tenant agrees to the use of property ONLY for dwelling purposes and for no other illegal or unlawful activities.
6. Tenant shall be responsible for any municipal trash violation ticket. Tenant shall not hold One World Housing liable for any lawsuits arising out of municipal trash violations.
